Croda Graduate Development Programme
Croda is committed to ensuring fresh graduates receive excellent communication, have clear objectives and are motivated and valued in the company. The 2-year Graduate Development Programme is designed to give graduates a great general overview of the business. Each graduate will complete three to four placements across our business functions (sales, marketing, technical, operations and business functions, for example safety or regulatory affairs). The Graduate Development Programme has seen itself for over 15 years running and currently, individual regions (Europe, Asia Pacific, LATAM, US) have their own Graduate Development Programme running. The Asia Graduate Development Programme was started in 2012 and will be taking in graduates from around the region.
