JOB Description

Job Title:      Shanghai Office Assistant

Department:   Supply Chain

Reports To:  Supervisor  , Shanghai Office

Summary:

This is an opportunity to join a growing and dynamic international company distributing replacement parts to the Automotive, Truck, Power Sports, Motorcycle, Tractor, and Construction markets. In this role, you will be tasked with assisting the Buyer and Inspector in their day to day duties.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1.     PO Planning

-        review inventory and place POs with US & oversea suppliers in ERP systems.

-        Follow up with suppliers and get order confirmation in a timely manner, address to Purchasing Supervisor where               there’s an issue.

2.      Data maintenance in ERP system on a regular basis

3.      Expediting

-        Expedite shipment with suppliers where needed

4.      Documentation checking

-        Review/approve Proforma Invoices from suppliers

-        Review and submit payment documents to accounting

5.     Price updating

-        Review price change request from supplier and maintain in ERP system

6.       Reporting

-        Regular report to be generated from ERP system on a daily basis

-        Kit replenishment reports

7.       Vendor Maintenance

8.      Others works assigned by the Purchasing Supervisor
