职位描述：
JOB SUMMARY: The financial assistant will support China office in cash management, vouchers, bookings, tax and preparing financial spreadsheets, reports and proposals for the use of financial manager and Operations.

The Essential Functions Include:
1. Represent Pinkerton’s core values of integrity, vigilance and excellence.
2. Responsible for compiling paying and receipt vouchers and handling receipt and payment.
3. Responsible for cash management, cash counting on regular basis and complete bank statement reconciliation, preparation of bank reconciliation.
4. Familiar with financial software, establish and improve all accounts, timely complete cash and bank books.
5. Check cash books with ledger on regular basis.
6. Responsible for VAT invoicing, tax and VAT reporting and verification.
7. Assist in annual or internal auditing.
8. Assist in other assigned financial work.
9. Assist in the daily office administration when needed.
10. All other duties, as assigned.

Education/Experience:
College degree or above, major in accounting with 1-2 year work experience as cashier.

Competencies (As Demonstrated Through Experience, Training, and/or Testing):
? Good English writing and reading skill.
? Computer knowledge; Microsoft Office and Kingdee Software.
? Accounting professional certification, preferred.
? Strong ability of independent learning and work.
? Close attention to the details.
? Good communication and follow up skills and team spirit.
? Good professional ethics and sense of responsibility
