Job Description 岗位职责：
1. Be part of the building or remodeling process from beginning to end
    负责整个室内项目的方案构思与设计
2. Creation, presentation and implementation of design concepts according to a client's spatial needs and wants.
    通过与客户的进一步对接沟通，对设计方案进行整改、完善
3. Create plans for a space; take into account interior construction, structural design, color schemes, ventilation, lighting and furnishings.
    提供完整的设计方案包括室内建筑结构设计、配色方案、装饰设计，室内家具及成套设施配置等
4. Project research, concept development, client presentations,sales consultations and implementation management.
    负责跟客户交流、对设计方案进行说明
5. Specialize in designing and building interiors for safety, functionality and aesthetics.
    专注于设计和建筑物内部的安全性，功能性和美观性。
6.  Interact with different clients, additional architects or designers, construction teams and inspectors.
     与施工方和供应商能进行很好的协调
7. Responsible for organizing the procurement of necessary materials, such as ventilation equipment, fixtures, furnishings, furniture and decorative items.
  负责组织采购必要的材料,如通风设备、装置、家具和装饰物品


Qualifications 任职资格：
1. Strong written, oral and visual communication skills.   Good interpretation of verbal instructions and suggestions.
    具备良好的文字表达和沟通能力
2. Creative within the constraints of a budget.
    协助进行室内装饰的成本核算
3. Knowledge about incorporating construction features(including plumbing, electrical and other mechanicals) into the designs.   了解方案设计、效果图设计、施工图设计、（包括水暖，电气等设计）
4. Excellent knowledge of computer design software     (including AutoCAD) and illustration techniques is a must.
     熟练使用AutoCAD、Sketch-up、Photoshop、Ilustrator等软件
5   Team-oriented attitude, an attention to detail and an ability to meet deadlines.
     有良好的团队合作意识及协调能力，有创新精神，有责任感并按时完成工作
6.  Familiarity with building codes and design standards is also required
     了解设计流程与设计公司的框架基本知识
7. Understanding for the durability and strength of building materials, but also be skilled in the use of light, color and textures in a space.
     了解了家居建材的耐用性和实用性，同时也精通空间中的光线，色彩和纹理。
8.  least a college's degree in interior architecture with 2 years plus working experience.  
  装饰设计、室内设计等相关专业专科以上学历，2年以上相关工作经验
