职位描述：
一、福利待遇：
1. 职位月薪：7000－9000元；
2. 工作地点：上海 ；
3. 工作时间：8小时工作制，周中双休，周五到周日上班；
4. 公司提供带薪年假10天/年，带薪病假3天/年，每月提供餐补车补；

二、岗位职责：
1.制定校区开班计划、停调课管理；负责排课、课时核算；
2.组织开展家长满意度调查，监控并不断完善提升教务和教学管理水平；
3.课程试听安排及后续课程规划；
4.期中期末与家长做沟通；
5.协调学员学习过程中的问题沟通和解决；
6.负责校区整体环境的维护和完善；
7.协助校长完成校区招生计划；
8.配合校区的整体工作。
 
三、任职资格：
1.本科以上学历，专业不限；
2.熟练的英语听说读写能力；
3.熟练的办公电脑操作水平；
4.积极进取，责任心强；
5.思路清晰、结果导向，较强的观察力、应变力、判断力；
6.具有二年以上教育培训行业相关工作经验者优先。
