职位描述：
岗位职责:
1、根据公司年度经营指标，制定个人销售计划及目标，完成销售业绩；
2、根据公司要求，利用电话、网络、上门拜访等方式，将公司的培训产品推介给客户，并促成签单，达成销售目的；
3、不断完善“公司客户资源库”，对客户进行区分，制定对应的跟进策略，做好客户跟进记录汇总；
4、分析负责区域市场特点，收集市场资讯，了解竞争对手信息，及时调整销售战略；
5、不断学习提升，为公司创新市场营销模式献计献策， 完成自己的销售指标；
6、完成上级领导交付的其他临时性工作。
 
任职资格:
1、有教育培训行业背景及资源，熟悉学校教育教学工作或教育培训机构工作者优先考虑；
2、销售或业务岗位任职2年以上优先，有自己的销售成功案例，能准确判断业务的市场定位；
3、热爱销售工作，事业心强，心态阳光，形象气质佳。
