职位描述：

1. Provides input to engagement risk assessments and the development of the engagement plans.
2. Develops audit programs and procedures for the execution of audit projects.
3. Creates and maintains the engagement budget and resource plan.
4. Provides direction to the audit team to ensure quality, efficiency, and timeliness of performance of audit engagements.
5. Participates in staff development and mentoring activities, including performance reviews for engagement team members and training.
6. Analyzes business processes and data and assesses level of compliance with applicable procedures, adequacy of controls, efficiency and effectiveness of operations and accuracy of reported information.
7. Drafts, reviews and discusses audit findings with Internal Audit management and audit client, on a timely basis.
8. Evaluates test results throughout the engagement to ensure audit resources are focused on areas of greatest risk.
9. Establishes relationships with audit client and external auditors, shares best practices.
10. Drives continuous improvement initiatives and pursues process simplification and standardization to increase audit effectiveness and efficiency.
11. Drafts audit reports which articulate value-added recommendations for improving management’s control environment, in a timely and appropriate manner.

1. Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent required, advanced degree or MBA preferred.
2. Professional certification such as CIA or CPA required.
3. Minimum 5 years of business systems experience working in large, multi-national corporation, or internal audit or public accounting.
4. Experience with HFM, PeopleSoft, ERP systems, including Oracle, SAP and MFG/PRO desired.
5. Strong understanding in the design and operation of internal controls, including testing for SOX compliance.
6. Solid written and verbal communications skills required, including presentations to management.
7. Strong analytical and data management skills.
8. Able to interpret data using a logical, systematic or sequential approach, anticipating the implications and consequences of conditions and make recommendations to improve outcomes.
9. Self-managed, self-motivated; proven ability to effectively manage time, prioritize, and handle multiple concurrent tasks.
10. Ability to work effectively in teams, even under challenging circumstances.
11. Experienced project manager, including project definition, communication plan, risk management, status reporting and escalation.
12. Experience recruiting, developing and mentoring staff.
13. Ability to adapt to changes in circumstances, customer expectations, project objectives and priorities.
14. Able to motivate others to ensure achievement of objectives.
15. Personal leadership and willingness to take appropriate actions, even when not in a position of formal authority. Can be counted on to meet commitments.
16. Establishes relationships and contributes to the efforts of others, throughout the organization.
17. Fluent in English required, multi-lingual is preferred.
18. Travel internationally. Travel may approximate 50% of time.
