Regulatory Affairs Specialist


Job Description:
？ Studying and tracking the regulations and guidance of overseas national drug authorities, establishing and updating the related information database (FDA, EMA, and other areas);
？ Preparation of submission documents, tracking and maintaining of the registration process;
？ Coordinate on international business expansion;
？ Department related documents and records management;
？ Information tracking and investigation on the company’s marketed or registered products;
？ Completion of the job assigned by RA manager or proposed by related department which need assistance.

Knowledge, skills, abilities
？ Knowledge: Knowledge related to pharmacy, ANDA, MAA, IND and life-cycle management related regulations and Guidances (including FDA, EMA, PMDA, ICH, cGMP, etc.)
？ Skills: Able to handle or solve the problems occurred during the international registration process; have strong English writing skills, skilled of drafting eCTD documents and capable of reviewing the submission documents.
？ Abilities: Strong ability of documents classification and system management; strong communication skills and sense of time; able to work under certain degree of pressure; Strong sense of responsibility and professional integrity.

Education:
Bachelor degree in pharmacy, pharmaceutical or pharmacy related majors
Experience:
？ Minimum 3 years’ experience in Pharma. Industry
