Job Name: Technical Support
Department: Project Department (Radio Holland China)
Report to: Technical & Project Supervisor
Will be replaced by: Project Engineer

Tasks/ Responsibilities:

1. Project support & follow up under the instruction of Project Engineer (Documentation preparation, System design, Submission to shipyard & owner, Class);
2. Update project drawing in SMS for warranty clause of FURUNO, and project documentation for warranty case;
3. Assist and guide sales coordinate for unpacking job & preparing all documentations required for projects(Certificate, Operation manual & Installation manual of all equipment)
4. Feedback all comments of project drawing and provide necessary support for shipyard's installation& service engineer's commissioning.

Working experience/ Requirement:

1. 2 years or above working experience in the field of Marine Navigation & Communication.
2. Familiar with project progress & be good at AUTOCAD software.
3. College education level is required at least.
4. Good communication capacity by written and verbal English and work under proper pressure such as business trip.
