Role Description
Job Title: Quality Engineer-Process Reports To: Quality Manager
KEY RESULT AREAS
1. Responsible for the process quality control; Effectively communication with cross function department;
2. Provide the direction and leadership to achieve JCB products quality standard.
3. Quickly deal with the problem which is happened in the production
4. Weekly QPR review implement;
5. Feedback the supplier issue to incoming or supplier and monitor the improved action;
6. Process quality document management.
7. Handle with the customer complaint and do the improved plan;
8. Field quality support to dealer or customer.
KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
1. Bachelor or above with major in mechanical or mechatronics.
2. At least 2 years quality experience in an international company, At least 2 years experience to process quality control;
3. Hands-on inspection skill is necessary, rich experience for problem-solving on site.
4. Heavy industry career such like Construction machinery, Mining Machinery, Heavy Trucks or Agricultural Machinery manufacturers is prefer.
5. Excellent planning, organisation, prioritization and interpersonal skills;
6. Positive attitude and the ability to work on own initiative;
7. Be familiar with related quality tools- QC 7 tools, FMEA, 5Why, 8D etc.
8. Quality management system experience is preferred;
9. The ability to manage a varied and flexible workload;
10. Good English communication skills in both written and speaking;
