职位描述：
岗位要求：
1.了解各大船公司的优势航线和服务特色；
2.了解各口岸主要一代和庄家的优势航线；
3.了解航运市场的总体走势，负责与船公司业务沟通，给公司业务和相关领导提供行情信息；
4.能通过各种渠道进行有效的询比价，为业务员提供最有竞争力的价格；
5.带领销售部完成当月销售指标。督促销售人员工作；
6.反应敏捷、表达能力强，具有较强的开拓能力及沟通技巧，具有亲和力；
7.有强烈的进取心,对销售工作有良好的发展意愿，具备自我激励和自我约束能力,思路清晰，主动热情，善于与人沟通，有责任心。

任职要求：
1.本科以上学历；
2.具有5年以上的相关工作经验,至少2年以上的管理工作经验；
3.反应敏捷、表达能力强，具有较强的开拓能力及沟通技巧，具有亲和力；
4.有强烈的进取心,对销售工作有良好的发展意愿，具备自我激励和自我约束能力,思路清晰，主动热情，善于与人沟通，有责任心；
5.具有良好的英语沟通能力以及书写能力。
