Position: HR Manager
Reports to: APAC Managing Director

The Human Resources Manager is a key role within the company and is responsible for maintaining and enhancing the organization’s administrative processes and human resource planning. The HR Manager works closely with global and senior management teams to help define and implement the company’s human resources strategy in line with the company’s development goals. They support operations by supervising staff; planning, organizing, and implementing administrative systems.
Human Resources Key Responsibilities:
? Ensure compliance with legal, contractual or statutory procedures for personnel management such as recruiting, benefits, and work contract termination.
? Responsible for the implantation of HR strategy, policy and procedures of the organization.
? Define recruitment needs based on company development goals and team structure needs.
? Managing the recruitment process which includes the development of appropriate recruiting strategies and the coordination of the interviewing process to ensure that qualified applicants are selected.
? Develops and administers local training; provide strong staffing and training support for business growth; identify best utilization of training offerings.
? Develop guidelines and strategies for talent development according to company situation and training structure.
? The HR Manager supports staff career development and facilitates relocations, reassignments, and promotions.
? Work with the management level to establish a positive and innovative company culture.
? Coordinate staff training and encourage staff’s contribution to company values and culture.
? Oversee and direct HR-related administrative tasks, such as benefit administration questions, holiday management, sick leave, etc.
? Work closely and partner with HQ offices HR staff (Prague – EL and Chicago – INWK)
Qualifications and Skills
? Self-motivated, goal oriented and confident team leader and team player.
? Organized and efficient, with excellent time management skills.
? Critical thinker with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
? Diplomatic and confident moderator with the ability to manage and solve conflicts.
? Detail oriented and able to learn from past experience.
? Able to quickly learn specifics about our industry including, skills required by each role, materials, production processes, retail environments, etc.
Job Requirements
? Bachelor Degree or above in Human Resources.
? Enterprise training and organization structure development experience.
? Benefits admin and performance management experience.
? Minimum 5-6 years Human Resources experience and 2-3 years’ team management experience.
? Has the experience to work in foreign company.
? English: Fluent speaking, good read/write.
? Software: Advanced level of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint is a must
