职位描述：
岗位职责：

1、 协助经理工作，主持部分日常工作，对自己分管的工作负主要责任
2、 在餐厅经理的领导下，检查落实部门规章制度的执行情况和各项工作的完成情况
3、 安排、带领、督促、检查员工做好营业前的各项准备工作，及时、如实地向经理反映部门情况
4、 检查服务员的工作着装及个人仪表
5、 合理安排餐厅服务人员的工作，督促服务员做好服务和清洁卫生工作
6、 注意餐厅就餐人员动态和服务情况，要在现场进行指挥，并亲自上台服务，以确保服务的高水准。
7、 加强与客人的沟通，了解客人对出品的意见
8、 定期检查设施和清点餐具，有问题及时向部门经理汇报
9、 积极完成上级经理交派的其他任务。

任职资格

1、 至少5年在西餐厅相关工作经验
2、 熟悉餐饮的相关知识及礼仪
3、 具有良好的沟通能力和经营能力
4、 良好的英语,流利的普通话
5、 杰出的个人卫生和自我表现
6、 有趣,诚实和勤奋的态度

Responsibilities

3、 Responsible arrangements, led, urge and inspect the staff do the preparations for the business before, timely and faithfully reflect to the manager department
4、 Check the waiter work clothing and personal appearance
5、 Reasonable arrangement of the restaurant staff work, supervise and urge the waiter to service and clean
6、 Pay attention to the restaurant staff and services, make a command at the scene, and personally came to service, to ensure the high level of service
7、 Strengthen the communication with customers, understand the guest opinion of production
8、 Regular inspection facilities and counting tableware, timely report to department manager
9、 Finish other task by manager


Requirements

1、 At least 5yrs relevant experience in a Western restaurant；
2、 Understand with relevant knowledge and restaurant and etiquette
3、 Good communication skills and management ability
4、 Good English, fluent Mandarin；
5、 Exceptional personal hygiene and self-presentation；
6、 Fun, honest and hard-working attitude.
