职位描述：
1) Handle the development of the garment samples;
2) To be a technical advisor on garment samples quality and application to meet buyers’ requirement as well as corporate quality standard;
3) Communicate the sourcing requirements to different suppliers and then send out the samples for buyers’ selection.
4) Maintain strong business relationships with suppliers for product development.
5) Support all sample developing (merchandising, pattern development, and sewing) to ensure the flow of work is smooth and bottlenecks eliminated quickly and efficiently
6) Perform other duties as assigned by Management

-College or university graduated. (Preferable in garment field)
-Knowledge of developing garment construction and manufacturing
-Familiar with the North American quality standards
-Effective communication and negotiation skills
-Fluent in English (written and spoken)
