行业经理 - 汽车零部件(华东)
岗位职责
管理与开发汽车零部件行业国际大客户在中国区的业务。重点关注并开发汽车零部件行业中的焊接与冲压业务。
与全球总部对口的大客户管理团队建立流畅的沟通渠道;理解业务战略与目标,及时进行本地与全球总部双向的关于市场/行业信息传递与共享。
制定大客户计划与本地战略,与客户的总部管理层以及区域工厂(各个相关部门)建立良好的业务关系。
支持区域销售团队挖掘并潜在业务机会,推进目标产品与应用方案,驱动销售增长,提高市场占有率,扩大公司/品牌的影响力。
与区域销售团队和公司内部各职能部门通力配合,快速响应来自客户的诉求,增加并保持客户满意度。
做好各类必要的文档管理工作,定期的向公司管理层提交所需的工作报告与文件。
任职要求
5年以上的在汽车行业,或汽车零部件行业的销售经验或大客户管理经验;有焊接与冲压行业类知识技能或工作经验的优先考虑。
大学本科或以上学历;电气自动化专业背景;有传感器方面知识技能的优先考虑。
优秀的业务意识与沟通能力。
善于人际关系交际与处理,抗压能力强。
流利的英语口语与良好的书面英语能力。
适应差旅。
Industry Manager - Tier1 (East China)
Responsibilities
Manage and develop (Tier 1) global key accounts business in China; and focus on developing target (Tier 1 welding & stamping) accounts business in China.
Establish a fluent bridge between Company Global Key Account Management Team and Branch Company in China; understand and conveying global sales strategy; share global and local industry information on business/marketing by both-way.
Make Key Account Plan, setup local business strategy; build up good and close relationship with executive level management team from accounts’ head office & manufactories.
Guide and support local sales team to develop potential opportunities, permeate target product-lines & application, achieve sales target, raise market share, and enhance Company influence.
Coordinate with local sales team and back office to response customer’s requirement/complains, fix issue, and improve customer satisfaction.
Manage document work; summarize and analyze business data regularly for leadership team reference.
Profile of Candidate
Above 5 years sales or key account management experience in automotive/Tier 1 industrial; any welding & stamping technology or experience will be preferred.
Bachelor Degree or above; Electric & automation background; knowledge of sensors will be preferred.
Good business sense and good communication skill.
Be good at interpersonal relationship handling, and able to work under pressure.
Fluent in both written and oral English.
Be adapt to business travels.
