职位描述：
1. 自主管理团队
作为自主管理团队中的一员，对自主管理团队的建设和日常运行提出自己建设性的建议，积极主动的实现自己在自主管理团对中的角色。

2. 根据工单保证生产的正常运行（无维修需要时需承担操作任务）
确保高品质，高效率和最低成本的生产活动，所有生产活动必须符合公司的质量标准和规范。

3. 故障诊断及问题的发现,设备维护,月度盘点
- 能对所有设备进行故障维修和各种级别保养，包括相关辅助设备的维修和保养。
- 具备对所有设备进行大修的技能（如IMA机器, Perfecta, 拼配设备等等）
- 具备部分机电一体技能，如气缸的更换及调整
- 所有设备操作屏界面内的设置全部掌握
- IMA、Perfecta, Blending 等设备内部构造原理掌握，包括齿轮动作、包箱结构等。
- 正确记录设备停机情况以及零备件的使用
- 收集日常设备故障数据，并制定预防性维护和保养计划。
- 参加月度的零备件的盘点

4. 健康,安全,环境和卫生
- 严格执行公司所有职业、安全和环保的政策和程序，并在职业健康、安全和环保各方面与公司合作，主动报告健康、安全和环境体系及程序方面的缺陷并积极提出可行性建议。
- 规范操作，确保工作场所的整洁、有序，符合GMP和BRC的标准。

该岗位需要翻班，早中晚及常日班每周翻班
岗位任职要求:
教育/经验
- 高中或中专技校
- 3 年或以上设备操作经验。
- 基本的设备操作和维修的技能

特别知识和技能:
- 持续学习能力和动力
- 以开放的态度对待改变并积极融入改变。践行持续改善的理念。
- 能够对其他操作工培训设备知识和操作知识
- 具有逻辑思维能力和合理的判断能力。
- 具有钳工等级者更佳
