职位描述：
1.1 Profile
Education: Bachlor degree or above
Functional area: Financial
Title: Head of Finance

1.2 Responsibilites
Close cooperation with the Director of the company
Coordination and communication with mother company in Germany
Responsibility for the areas tax, customs, import, export and and the related legal issues
Responsible for the accounting of the company and the cooperation with the book keeping company
Cooperation with auditors and tax consultants

1.3Experience and Qualifications
3-5 years’ working experience in similar role
In-depth knowledge of corporate finance and accounting principles, laws and best practices
Solid knowledge of financial analysis
Proficient in the use of MS Office and SAP
excellent english skills, both written and spoken
BSc/BA in accounting, finance or relevant field; MSc/MA is a plus
CPA or other relevant qualification is a plus
