Overall Job Description
The eCommerce and eBusiness Development Manager is responsible for exploding the online sales of the Swiss Butchery across different online platforms (WeChat Shop, Verticals, JD.com, Tmall) and building the brand’s image. He/she understands how to effectively and aggressively generate traffic among our target audience and ensure maximum conversion in our eStore layout design while strictly adhering to Vis ID standards and without majorly relying on discount promotions. Further, the individual is commercially savvy to spot partnerships with other relevant digital platforms that will generate online sales that are fulfilled by us.

Job Description Specifics
? Work with Graphic Designer to develop a shopper interface (=UED) that maximizes time spent and conversion.
? Develop an ongoing set of eCommerce activities that will generate a constant stream of traffic and that builds the brand image.
? Develop and implement online CRM program including closely working with payment providers.
? Obtain support resources in 3rd party platforms where we choose to be present.
? Ensure effective Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Management (SEM/Paid Search) in 3rd party platforms.
? Develop cutting edge delivery box experience that reinforces brand image and evokes sharing in Social Media.
Education, Skills & Professional Requirements
- Bachelor degree or higher
- Experience in luxury and/or food related industry
- +3 Years of eCommerce experience ideally having worked for one of big eRetailers, TPs, or own eShop
- Good understanding of digital technology that is driving eCommerce’s total eco system
- Led a multi-functional team of at least 5 people
- Proficient in Mandarin and good command of English
