职位描述：
Location: Shenzhen or Shanghai

Responsibilities：

1. Work closely with the sales management in developing a key accounts plan.
2. Develop sales goals, strategies/tactics to achieve company goals and objectives.
3. Direct sales planning; competitive analysis of products service objectives, selling strategies for regional area with team.
4. Develop relationships with customer management.
5. Drive and motivate sales to optimize business generation.
6. Collaborates with other regions on global business and account strategies.
7. Manage forecast, Negotiate contracts.
8. % of time on task Responsibilities
 50% Selling service contracts to out-of-warranty customers
 30% Selling calibrations to out-of-calibration customers
 20% General service sales

Requirements:

1. BSEE required.
2. 2-3 years of sales experience.
3. Excellent presentation, written, and verbal skills.
4. Ability to self-manage his/her time.
5. Fluent in spoken and written Mandarin and English.
6. Solid analytical, decision making, and problem solving skills.
7. Results-driven, action-oriented, and self-motivated mindset.
8. Ability to work and travel.
9. Ability to understand customer services problems and clearly deliver solutions.
10. Knowledge of LitePoint service products or proven ability to learn service products (Added by Cherry)
11. Good Salesforce, ServiceMax or equivalent sales and/or service tools (Added by Cherry)
