职位描述：

1. Develop initial designs and layouts for capital projects, and then expand them into detailed plans and drawings.

2. Provide feasibility studies, specifications and budget estimates for capital schemes.

3. Implement approved capital projects of limited size or delegated sections of larger capital projects to achieve completion to specification, budget and programme.

4. Manage Contractor resources.

5. Ensure full documentation of all projects and systems.

6. Provide training for operators and maintenance personnel.

7. Support Engineering / Project Managers, Lead Engineers, Senior Engineers on major projects undertaken by GMT worldwide or existing operations to deliver installations on time and to budget.

8. Commissioning of new equipment and processes.

1. Bachelor, major in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering or similar discipline.

2. Minimum of 3 years experience in Project Engineering.

3. Ability to produce working models using AutoCAD and Inventor.

4. Working knowledge of safety management system and standards.

5. Familiar with AM/PM, as EEM Practitioner,

6. Understanding of some calcination methods, material drying and grinding, Powders, bulk solids handling, Basic thermodynamics (heat and mass balance).

7. Developing knowledge and understanding of gypsum chemistry and testing, Gas and burner safety standard – understanding of EN746.

8. Site experience (Operations and/or Multiple Project start-ups), demonstrating significant contribution to continuous improvement and/or commissioning.

9. Proven track record working in a highly automated, high speed process or mechanical handling industry.

10. Ability to manage defined onsite activities eg elements of the design, installation, commissioning process; Understands cultural differences and able to adapt behaviour to operate effectively within cross cultural teams.

11. Good command of English.

12. Time spent in a plant engineering or maintenance role in a continuous process industry.
