职位描述：
Responsible for day to day operations of the transportation and warehouse in China and overseas, which includes coaching and developing transportation and warehouse associates to utilize skills necessary to meet expectations for safety, services, and cost. This position is responsible for assisting in the development and consistent application of site policies, procedures, and philosophies.

Specific Accountabilities:
Ensure all daily processes are aligned with company standard business processes/audit requirements, coach/develop subordinates, and continuously improve whole efficiency/job satisfaction
Ensure all operations/storage/transportation are aligned with company EHS requirements
Ensure the capacity and human resources in line with business plans and targets
Ensure all equipment’s/facilities are well maintained via preventive maintenance, and could support business plans and targets
Continuously improve warehouse utilization and efficiency
Continuously improve transportation’s operation and solution
Closely monitoring cost and ensure cost development in line with business plans and targets
Ensure smooth and efficient cooperation with internal customers and provide fast responsiveness service to external customers
Training and coaching all employees within the team acting as a leader and role model.
Planning the likely volumes and resource requirements for the week ahead.
Auditing all processes regularly to ensure compliance.
Manage the team's performance to make sure their consistent performance as well as identifying low performance and taking appropriate action.

Skills Required:
Strong organizational, inventory and accounting skills required.
Strong communication skills required

Experience & Qualifications:
Bachelor degree
Supervisory position with experience in transportation/warehouse supervision preferred and/or transportation operations; enerally prefer a minimum 3 years’ experience in transportation/warehouse operations
Proficient in reading, writing and speaking English.
