1、根据公司市场营销需求，负责制定社交媒体营销战略和执行计划，并提供相关需求和效果预期；
2、负责运营企业官网、微博和微信，包括：微博及微信内容文案及活动文案设计撰写，提升内容质量和传播度、知名度；
3、负责管理并拓展艺人的社交媒体知名度，对粉丝保持高度关注度，带动粉丝数量增长，提升粉丝活跃度；
4、负责社交媒体的渠道搭建及媒体资源的维护，掌握新媒体的现状与发展动态；
5、监测新媒体渠道数据，跟踪运营效果，优化传播方案；


职位要求：
1、大专或以上学历，中文、新闻、广告、市场营销或相关专业毕业,有2-3年的社交媒体运营经验；
2、具有一定的数字分析及营销和较强的文字驾驭能力，以及良好的文字功底；
3、细心、责任心强，认真负责，具有独立思考能力和积极的工作态度；
4、具备一定的数据分析能力，思路清晰，自主学习能力强；
5、中英文听，读，说，写流利优先考虑。

Job requirement

3、Careful, responsible, conscientious, independent thinking ability and positive working attitude;
4、Have certain data analysis ability, the idea is clear, self-learning ability is strong;
