The candidate should be experienced in sports-related marketing activities. Rich experience leading a small marketing team to plan and execute marketing activities in co-operation with internal teams.

Responsibilities
1. Lead the Sports marketing planning thinking by driving all the strategic sports marketing activities and initiatives for clients
2. Develop and implement strategic sports marketing plans to engage prospects and customers
3. Work with team to develop execution plan and follow through milestones to ensure deadlines, objectives, and brand guidelines are met
4. Provide guidance to team for handling the Sports Marketing activities
5. Ensure consistency for common Clients who requires both digital and sports marketing actions
6. Drive all reports, feedback and documents due to Clients: China and Global
7. Closely work with the Digital Marketing team to ensure consistent and impactful plan and ensure overall performance and good results
8. Actively participate to any Sports Marketing proposal providing insightful inputs, including commercial, creative and budget
9. Willing to be take on responsibilities when required
10. Ensure knowledge transfer among team members and potentially other departments

Requirements
1. Bachelor degree or above, on marketing or Sports marketing is preferred.
2. 5-7 years working experience on sports marketing role in a sports brand or a sports marketing agency, preferably be familiar with social media to promote brand within B2B industry.
3. Good network in sports industry
4. Very good presentation skills (Powerpoint mainly)
5. Good communication skill, fluent English (oral and written)
6. Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team
7. Be nice and always pleasant at work
8. Entrepreneurial: able and willing to work in a small size start-up organization where versatility is a must and where one is asked to multitask. Can take initiative
9. High level of integrity and loyalty
