工作职责：
1.编写原材料规范，进料检验规范，测量方法及量测工具等规格书，同时与供应商达成一致；
2.每月公布供应商的质量状况曲线图及排名等级，以便相关部门及时了解供应商质量动态，作为采购及新产品开发参考之用；
3.负责材料零配件检验和可追溯性及供应链控制，供应商及其有害物质检测报告/资料的监控管理；
4.新材料的评估立项，制定时间进度表，并督促协调相关部门按进度按供应商开发流程要求执行；
5.组织相关部门和相关人员完成所有合格供应商的年度现场审核工作，并对审核结果负责；
6.负责组织对供应商的定期审核，以维护和改善供应商对RoHS的符合性；
7.对所有合格供应商从质量、技术、价格和服务等方面进行全面评估，以得出综合得分，即使剔除不良的供应商。
工作要求：
1. 三年以上相关工作经验，熟悉半导体封装测试行业；
2. 熟悉ISO9000和QS9000；
3. 能熟练运用问题分析及解决能力；
4. 具有良好的沟通能力及团队合作能力。
