职位描述：
岗位职责 Responsibilities: ( This list may not include all of the duties assigned )
？Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle client service inquiries deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face
？Respond promptly to client inquiries handle and resolve client complaints or problems
？Support the Customer Service Department with daily activities. Assist with daily data collection and analysis; develop feedback or complaint measures for the use of clients.
？Provide information and feedback to other department regard to Customer Service issue
？Visit inpatients to give them a heart-to-heart service, visit client when necessary
？Manage administration
？Introduce membership program to qualified client
？Assist discharge planning
Other assignments by supervisor / managers
