职位描述：
DEFINITION
To manage factory audit & factory continuous improvement plan. To Pilot the final inspections and the inspection companies (daily operations & performance analysis). To coordinate the new process of company and implement company social responsibility projects.

QUALITY MANAGEMENT
SUPPLIER PANEL MANAGEMENT :
- Manage documents for supplier & factory registration in internal system
- Arrange training for new supplier for fitting & quality

PILOT FINAL INSPECTIONS:
- Analyze inspection reports and give final decision before shipment
- Follow inspection companies performance & claims
- Liaise with platform & forwarder to ensure smooth operational daily work
- Manage final quality inspections in factories, issue inspection reports
- Lead and Coach the team to ensure team performance and engagement
- Kpi analysis on 1st passed inspection rate
MANAGE FACTORY AUDITS & CAP (TECHNICAL & SOCIAL) :
- Schedule factory audits and ensure corrective action plans follow up
- Oversee & Manage unannounced visit
- Implement CSR strategy and follow improvements
PROCESS & COORDINATION:
- Quality process & CGA updates : ensure good understanding between HQ and office
- Liaise with Quality Manager to correlate inline / final inspection / sorting out performance
- Coordination between merchandising / fitting / quality to ensure smooth information exchange between different departments
- Supplier evaluation(coordination) for each season(scorecard)
PROJECT MANAGEMENT (PUNCTUAL PROJECTS)
- Coordinate, manage and follow all internal projects with the different teams : Process, Organization
- IT tool improvement for better & faster communication

REPORTING
Report regularly to China Souring Director regarding all the activites, actions and projects.

REQUIREMENTS&SKILLS
- College or Above. Preferable major in Garment/Textile
- At least 5 years experience in quality control of garment,acc in an International company for European market
- Experience of textile/garment production with global sourcing office, brand buying office, buying agent or trading company from similar position is prefered
- With sound knowledge of apparel technology and quality standard, textile material, production.
- Project-leading mindset
- Solid experience for factory auditing and inspections
- Strong communication skills. Solution oriented
- Strong flexibility and reactivity to changing environment
- Good command of Excel ,Word, PPT and so on for office software
- Excellent written and spoken English. French is a plus
