Job Description
Manning
1. Necessary Headcount Planning of Direct Labor
2. Cost down study for manning reduction
3. Moderate all varieties of trainings related to IE & Lean Topic
4. Lean capability / skill metrics evaluation system
5. Perform time motion studies, cooperate with PE for Productivity Improvement.

Machine
1. Moderate Total Productive Maintenance Workshop
2. Equipment availability study
3. Offer IE proposals in Cell design activities before SOP.
4. Offer IE & Lean Opinions in Autonomous Maintenance Activities
5. Offer IE & Lean Opinions in Line Change Over Process (SMED)

Material
1. Fulfill work tasks of Material Pull System in ramp up phases
2. Logistic Infrastructure Layout Planning
3. Inner Material flow Planning and Optimization
4. Other IE studies related to Logistics (e.g. Logistic Intensity, Location Study, Log. HC planning,etc.)
5. Inner Material replenishment system
6. Moderate Value Stream Mapping Lean Workshop Activities.

Method
1. Standard time management system ( Define the elements of allowance rate , time utilization rate, Loss code, etc. )
2. Moderate Standard Work training workshop and fulfill the work tasks of Standard Work in ramp up phases.
3. Facilitate Plant Continuous Improvement Activities, Coordinate with cross functional staffs per the relevant CI work tasks plan.
4. Moderate Visual Management training workshop and fulfill the work tasks of Visual Management in ramp up phases.
5. Standardize Current Work flows and Improve the Process Time via IE tools deployment.
6. Establish Lean Evaluation System to quantify the Lean Deployment Levels and clarify the routes to a Lean enterprise.
7. Lean financial studies ( Operational Cost down Analysis)
8. Construct the framework of general database for Operational Performance Continuous Improvement
 ( e.g. Operation Scorecard, Manning - Capacity Aligning, Loss Time , etc. )


Environment
1. Moderate 5S training workshop and fulfill the work tasks of 5S in ramp up phases.
2. Plant Layout Planning ( material deposit areas, work cells, logistic infrastructures, material flows, information flow, etc.)
3. Make feasibility IE studies to establish reliable database for the layout planning consequence.

Requirement
1. Familiar with manual assembly process and assembly line
3. Layout design experience in lean production is preferred;
4. Strong sense of continuous improvement in shop floor;
5. Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese;
6. A good team player
