职位描述：
工作职责:
1.热情迎接客户，为客户注册登记，在系统中更新客户信息。
2.接听电话，将信息传达到相关的部门。
3.介绍医院及相关服务。
4.建立和维护客户的预约。
5.通过系统管理日常客户活动。
6.客户就诊前准备好医疗文档。
7.确保客户登记资料及相关文件的准确。
8.确保前台有足够的医生名片。
9.协助医生或护士和客户沟通。
10.跟踪记录门诊客户的相关信息。
11.维持等待区域干净整洁。
12.完成其他指定的工作。
13.了解专家、医生的专业特长，接诊技巧和院内近期活动等，随时做好引导工作。
任职资格:
1.学历要求 :中专或同等及以上学历
2.工作经验要求:1年相关工作经验
3.技能要求:
1）具备主动服务意识；
2）亲和力强，善于沟通，并有良好的团队合作精神；
3）良好的语言表达能力，思维敏捷，应变能力强；
4）一定的外语听说读写能力；
5）掌握Office常用办公软件的操作。
