?Scope/Summary
Manage day to day cash related transactions to ensure the entity treasury matters are under appropriate control; Assist Senior Accounting Manager, Corporate to coordinate other finance/accounting / tax compliance matters to be in line with both corporate and local policies / regulations; Assist in managing daily office administration matters; Other duties to be assigned as required.

?Essential Functions

Treasury, Tax and Accounting related

1.Coordinate daily bank requirement and maintain bank relationships;
2.Review and manage all the employees cash advance payment and expense reimbursement according to company policy;
3.Make sure all the transactions compliance with the requirement of SAFE;
4.Arrange the salary release and the payment to the suppliers on time;
5.Manage direct stores’ daily level cash management, and reconcile the accounts with the customers, e.g. Red Star, BetterHome, etc.;
6.Cash flow management and providing the improvement suggestions on cash flow management;
7.Coordinate AP/AR status and track cash flow with other accounting team;
8.Support monthly closing and monitor cash / bank reconciliations;
9.Coordinate with internal / external auditors for annual audit process;
10.Support the enterprise annual check procedure.
11.Monitor regular billing, tax filing and invoice administration of branches in Beijing, Tianjin and Xi’An with tax agencies;
12.Ensure proper compliance with local accounting and tax regulations in submission of statutory and tax accounting returns;
13.Manage daily communication and enhancement of relationship with local tax authorities;
14.Coordinate with internal / external auditors for annual audit process;
15.Support the enterprise annual check procedure.

Office Administration

1.Be responsible for Beijing office administration to ensure the effectiveness and smoothness of daily operation and administration;
2.Coordinate office administration related matters and payment including but not limited to stationary, cleaning, plant, etc.;
3.Administer various employee programs whenever required such as sales meetings or activity programs in Beijing;
4.Support the registration and renewal of business licenses, proper use and management of company chops and contracts;
5.Coordinate with local governmental authorities, associations and banks for assigned tasks include but not limited to licenses, taxes, work permit, visa and etc..

Job Qualifications

1.University/college graduate with Bachelor/diploma in accounting or finance major;
2.1-2 years’ experience of relevant, junior level accounting certification is preferred;
3.With cashier knowledge in import / export / retail business;
4.Self-disciplined; Strong service oriented mindset; Good communication skill;
5.Detail oriented, responsible, hands-on, accurate and analytical;
6.Perform various reconciliations and intercompany transactional procedures;
7.Proactive engagement and highlights of complex accounting/treasury issues and technical accounting updates with Global Corp team and local audit firm;
8.Excellent communication skills, be adaptive, proactive, willing to learn and a team player;
9.Fluent oral and writing skills both in English and Chinese;
10.Quick learner, experiences in ERP system, SAP/Kingdee is a plus;

1.Flexible with working hours, and willing to travel and work in weekends as needed.
