职务要求：
1. 新员工的带教。
2. 管理员工达到公司指定的行为要求。
3. 促进及推动店铺的销售，达成销售目标。
4. 销售环境的营造，包括：卫生环境，货品陈列，橱窗，推广的氛围等。
5. 推行“顾客至上”的重要理念，提供准确、专业、快捷的服务。
6. 货品管理、设备管理。
7. 确保每天的营业额与系统核对相符。
8. 掌握周边竞争品牌的促销活动及业绩。
9. 突发事件的处理。

要求：
1. 性别、户籍不限,愿意在零售行业长期发展
2. 良好的沟通能力，乐意服务和销售意识
3. 外形良好、忠诚乐观，富有责任心、善于团队合作
4. 不少于一年的零售行业销售经验
5. 能够迅速熟悉产品，了解分辨竞争对手产品及分类
6. 同顾客之间：享受和顾客之间的沟通，及时了解他们的需求
