GM Assistant
Main job task and Responsibilities
Manage and maintain GM's schedule, appointments and travel arrangements
Arrange and co-ordinate meetings and events
Record, transcribe and distribute minutes of meetings, translate when needed
Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations and other documents
Conduct research, collect and analyses data to prepare reports and documents
Monitor, screen, respond to and distribute incoming communications
Answer and manage incoming calls/ receive and interact with incoming visitors
Liaise with internal staff at all levels( HQ and stores)
Interact with external clients
Have strong ability of discovering and problem solving ability
Good communication with other department to deal with emergency, timely things
Supervise receptionist to ensure HQ administrative works: plants, shuttle bus, express and cleaning are all in the good operation. Maintenance with related team
Provide persona; administrative support and assistance to GM
Education and Experience
Experiences in providing support at high level will be preferable
Proficient computer skills and in-depth knowledge of relevant software such as MS office suite
Knowledge of standard office administrative practices and procedures
Bachelor's degree or above
