Responsibilities 工作职责：
1. Follow up the order, purchase, delivery, payment collection and claims, and all the related tasks
  跟踪订单，采购，出货，收款，客诉等相关事物
2. Chemical test arrangement, filing and save the relevant documents.
  化学品测试安排，归档以及保存相关资料
3. Keep the bulk sample per each production
  每批次大货样都必须要留底，以便后续参考
4. Make sales reports & stock list in the end of each month
  每个月月底需要安排销售报表以及库存表
5. Other jobs assigned by line manager
  部门主管交代的其他工作

Requirements: 任职要求
1.Bachelor degree 本科学历
2. At least 2 years related working experience,Familiar with the whole process of order management and have communication skills with client.
 2年以上相关工作经验，熟悉订单管理的整个流程，具有与客户沟通的技巧
3.Good in Spoken and Written English.
英语听说良好，熟练应用office 软件
4.Familiar with Office software. Can do data analysis with Excel.
熟练应用office 软件，能用excel做数据分析
5.Responsible, Organized, Careful 有责任心，有条理性，细心
