? Creative Space Manager
Other stakeholders include:
? Internal: Trend Developers, visitors from the Supply Chain organisation and the Buying Office
? External: Component suppliers

Accountability
The Creative Space Assistant is accountable for:
? Ensuring all visitors to the creative space are provided for, demonstrating a service oriented approach
? Working closely with all key stakeholders to offer high levels of service by offering solutions and alternatives to their material needs.
? Presenting the components in an inviting and exciting way to optimize selection and use of components
? Securing all data is accurate in the system, following up with internal and external partners on utilization of components
Main Responsibilities
? Create and maintain a space that is user friendly, updated and inspiring, with a focus on of hospitality, usability and buyability. Support the teams with material knowledge and show them how to navigate components in the library.
? Work cross functionally to support component product development needs
? Initiate and secure the tracking of all component information in the system
? Keep track of all the related materials, samples and documents so that they are in place on time
? Assist the Creative Space Manager in materials presentation, regularly updating the creative space with new components in an organized and easy to understand way, and maintaining tidiness at all times
? Follow up material prices and quality tests to ensure they meet the business requirements
? Offer general support to Trend Developers and Coordinators when needed during peak times
? Coordinate between supply chain teams/GPO/SEBO/Mills/fabrics suppliers to ensure smooth communication on any material enquiry
? Meet and greet all visitors, supporting them to find solutions to their component needs, gathering feedback and suggesting new ideas.
Education and Experience requirements
? Fashion-related education background
? Work experience in the fashion or manufacturing industry preferred
Knowledge and Skills requirements
? Strong administration and organisation skills
? Clear written and verbal communication skills with people in diverse locations
? Competent in database management and Microsoft Office applications, in particular Excel and related IT systems. Ability in Photoshop / Illustrator would be a plus
? Styling skills
? Strong fashion sense & passion for fashion
? Strong knowledge of components
? Excellent customer service skills
