This 2-year graduate programme offers fast-track career development opportunity specializing in technology and operations that equips the most progressive and promising talents with adequate skills and expertise to become future leaders in banking.

The programme structure prepares you to go higher in Asia with:
? Six weeks of in-classroom training over 3 phases;
? Two 11-month rotations in technology or operations units;
? One-day graduation emulation to showcase learning in exposition style.

We want high-potential go-getters like you who:

(1) Possess a Master degree or above, preferably from computer science, soft engineering, information management, applied mathematics or statistics etc.
(2) Both fresh graduates and graduates with less than 2 years’ work experience are welcomed to apply
(3) Have strong communication skills, and are adaptable, innovative, decisive and self-driven
