Job Responsibilities

Process Ownership
o Responsible for the Demand Planning Process
o Develops and maintains demand management procedures and workflows.
o Produces and distributes weekly and monthly demand management performance metrics used for continuous improvement of the demand management process.
o Manages, facilitates and coordinates the demand forecasting, analysis, and reporting process.

Business & Operations Partnership
o Leads monthly demand meetings with the commercial teams to review forecast and demand metrics.
o Participates in supply meetings with a focus on upcoming supply changes, supply pinch points or excess supply that will impact demand.
o Provides monthly demand reports.
o Partners with the commercial teams to manage customer demand for products at the customer/product (family, product, sku) level over the long term. Documents all assumptions used to make changes.
o Communicates the latest forecast and actual demand to Sales and Marketing, at appropriate level of detail for the relevant stakeholders.
o Analysis with business team about forecast accuracy and bias to improve FA to target level structurally

Data and Systems Management
o Maintains the statistically-generated forecasts and related parameters in the Demand Management system.
o Monitors and maintains data integrity in the DM tool through data re-alignments, data inactivation, etc.
o Manages the ABC Customer ranking in Zemeter DM.
o Identifies exceptions, such as over-selling and under-selling SKUs, forecast bias, large forecast errors throughout the month
o Manages special projects and data analysis within the Supply Chain areas for the Supply Chain Team.
o Trains team members to provide back-up support in the incumbent’s absence.

Minimum Qualifications
o Bachelor degree
o Minimum 5 years working experience
o Good command of English in oral and written
o Strong communication skill with open minded
o Experience in Demand Management Systems.
o Ability to effectively manage conflict
o Meeting facilitation skills
o Working knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP
