招聘岗位及职能描述：材料质量工程经理
Recruit Position： Material Quality Engineer Manager

本岗位在上海工作，工作总体责任和业务目标为：
Working in Shanghai office, main job responsibility and business targets are as followings:

1． 对接美国材料生产端和客户端( 包括工厂客户)， 处理所有来自中国客户的材料质量投诉： Window connection to Material Manufacturing side and customer side ( including Wolverine Press ChangShu), to handle all the material quality claim case
? 客户现场拜访， 质量事件采集 Customer visit, Quality Claim Case issue collection
? 样件寄送美国 Sample process to USA
? 跟踪和分析， 跟踪美国的处理进度, 8D报告整理 Tracking and following up, 8D report
? 客户端的解释工作， 包括各种报告的解释工作 Customer communication
2． 月度质量投诉的表格整理，分析，大问题预警， 领导和美国的质量/销售会议。Monthly Quality Cases summary, analysis, advanced engagement and continuous improvement, run quality meeting with US/China
3． 积极的解决质量投诉， 包括长期的材料的改进工作 Proactively work on short-term and long term problem solving, including material improvement, setting up boundary samples, chasing on corrective actions.
4． 生产方美国沃信的质量标准文件的理解、和销售及客户的解释工作。Subject owner of Quality Standard of US made material, responsible for customer communication of such subject matter.
5． 服务器上的文件更新。All quality data collection, storage and update on China knowledge
6． 材料的简单再加工。Material process.

要求Qualification ：
1． 具有主动性和主人翁精神，有非常优异的解决问题， 而不是推脱问题的能力。Sense of ownership and proactive, must have outstanding problem solving skills, not problem kicking-ball.
2． 个性必须仔细认真，能独立完成任务.Must be detail orientated, works independently, outgoing and is willing to communicate and co-ordinate.
3． 可以经常出差，全职工作。Be able to travel and full time devotion to work.
4． 大学以上学历，质量、工程、制造类经验优先。Must be university degree above， previous experience in quality, engineering and manufacturing is preferred
5． 懂AIAG工具者优先考虑。Knowledge of the AIAG Core Tools would be preferred (PPAP, APQP, MSA, SPC). Certification on them would be desirable.
6． 过程控制经验者优先。Strong knowledge of Statistical Process Control would be desirable.
7． 可以使用办公室软件，特别是excel, office word, email等。Capable of using office software such as excel, word and email.
8． 能够基本使用英文进行听说读写优先。Capable of writing, reading in English is ideal.
