职位描述：
USA based material handling company seeking Engineering manager to lead and optimize engineering group of 13 engineers in 2 factories in Shanghai and Ningbo.
Responsibilities
? Manage Engineering Group
o Monitor and manage team performance and compare to engineering schedule
o Provide technical assistance to sales department and solve customer performance and specification issues
o Work with sales management to prioritize opportunities and align resources to deliver on commitments and drive results.
o Track and report engineering team metrics including on time delivery, quality, monthly progress and status reports
o Lead the process of training and continuous improvement and drive the adoption of best practices
o Continually improve technical design and application skills
Skills
o Expertise in mechanical and engineering principles including hydraulic and electrical controls, welded steel structures
o Expertise with a broad range of technical areas including lean management, quality assurance, legal requirements, R&D/new product development
o Communication and motivational skills for effective leadership
o Develops team members capabilities in support increasing team efficiency
? Requirements
o 10 years plus engineering management
o Proven track record of driving continuous improvement
o Strong knowledge base in Solidworks
o BS mechanical engineering
o Some travel required
o English speaking a plus
