卓非/卓焕隶属于TZG集团公司，主要从事于非洲旅游路线开发、服务，卓焕主要以全球私人旅游路线定制，满足高端消费客户群体对于个性化旅游路线的定制需求。

旅游线路操作岗位职责：
1、根据游客的要求推荐，制定合理的出游路线，
2、负责监督专线接待计划的实施，协助处理旅游途中游客出现的各种问题；
3、跟踪游客的出行情况及意见反馈；
4、随时保持网站上显示的旅游产品信息价格、线路的最新状态；
5、了解市场动态，收集市场信息，提供给决策层参考；
6、负责卓非、卓焕等微博、微信相关软文编辑工作；
7、完成上级领导安排的其他工作。

任职要求：
1、2年以上境外计调工作经验，有旅游产品客服经验者优先；
2、善于沟通协调，具有处理突发事件的应变能力；
3、有亲和力、团队合作精神；
4、英语口语及书写能力为佳。
