职位描述：
Job Description
1. Product assembly and product testing；
2. Mfg line standardization and its improvement, problem analysis and feedback；
3. Solve the technical issues related to product；
4. Documentations, product / mfg quality control, trouble shooting; meet mfg system requirements and measurements；
5. Support electrical component/assembly sourcing by product understanding；
6. System implementation (as ERP, ISO, Lean)；
7. Equipment maintenance；
8. Production plan and material management on floor；
9. Assign takes to team members to finish product on time;
10. Training with people added；
11. Ensure all milestones achieved；
12. Meet the measurements company sets / agrees；
13. Support the Team Leader in improving the performance and development of the team；
14. Maintain a flexible attitude and approach to changing requirements and priorities 15. Other assigned workload by supervisor


Requirement
1. College or Bachelor in technology, electronic related background.
2. Have 5 years or above experience of working on production, equipment, and product quality control
3. Proper leading skills Capability of specialty manufacturing engineering
4. Good English skills, both verbal and written
5. Skill in Microsoft office and CAD
