- College or university graduate, or equivalent experience in DSCM/logistics related field
- Knowledge of SAP Order to Cash is preferred
- Good English both oral and written
- Good ERP & MS Office skill

- At least 2 or more years of experience with multi-national enterprises in order processing, customer service management or logistics management



4.Purpose of the job 工作目的
According to meet customers’ on-time and in full needs, provide order to cash supports, to ensure transparent and efficient communication and successful and cost effective order fulfilment process.

(1)Market characteristics :

1 Customer demands fluctuating and unpredictable, which are not only affected by local competitors, but also by the global market price.
2 Continuous business expansion leads to new strategy of supply chain management, 3rd party logistics companies is taking over primary service in scope of materials and inventory management, warehouse management and physical distribution.
3 Fierce competitions from domestic manufacturers result in high pressures on sales price; competition is no longer company to company, but supply chain to supply chain. Improved supply chain capacity is playing an increasingly important role than ever before to achieve business competitiveness in local and global environment
4 Customers focus more on new service patterns, in addition to traditional logistics and distribution. Local solution are promoted for global products such as E-commerce and toll manufacturing.
5 Acquisition of ONC, Martek and Jiangshan increase complexity of supply chain solution.
6 New global M&T site is built in Xinghuo site, which means DNP China will perform more important role globally.
7 Supply chain network turns to be industrialized, bringing in the emerging concepts of “seeing the whole” and “extended value chain” – create value of a product from raw materials into the arms of customer.
8 Market expands to Great China which includes Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macaw geographically.

(2)Technical characteristics :

1 Cross function communications through whole business process, e.g. sales and marketing team, production sites, quality control department, warehouse, and shared service team like sourcing and finance.
2 Deal with overseas affiliates is a plus due to business requirements.
3 Understand SAP knowledge is necessary to support business activities with DNP and new projects of other business units.
4 Need continuous learning of OTC and trading activity concepts following professional skills trends to deliver professional service to the company.

(3)Organization characteristics :

1 DSCM CS team contributes on distribution functions for all DNP China legal entities in local SAP system. Serving affiliates customers and also 3rd party customers through domestic and even global distribution networks, not only for domestic sales, but for all exportations covering Straight Vitamins produced in China, as well the resale products sourced from 3rd party suppliers in China.
2 DSCM CS team owns OTC processing to serve other DSM BG/BU in different system for DTC legal entities. Add complexity due to different business requirements and diversified operation procedures.

4.Job Content工作内容:

a) Key Areas of Accountability / Responsibility主要职责/责任
1. Perform distribution processing and fulfilment in close collaboration with related counterparts through efficient distribution network.
2. Coordinate and monitor the service providers for physical distributions to customers
to ensure accurate and timely arrangements.
3. Maintain surveillance of call-offs against contracts, delivery lead-times, pricing, MOV, item proposals and informs account management and customers
4. Handle customer complaints on responsible product lines, maintain CCR (Customer Complaint Report) system according to global requirements; and review CCR results on regular basis with responsible sales team.
5. Support other BG to solve activities regarding customer service functionality, like DFS PFX Plant, Dyneema, Savoury plant in Shanghai, and AGI plant in Guangzhou,
6. Perform quality control and SHE requirements in chain of demand supply to satisfy corporate environment of DSM :
7. Work with internal customers and cross functions to smooth the whole supply chain operations.
