Job Duties
? Reporting to the Regional Sales Operations and Sales Delivery Senior Manager you will be accountable for regional demand planning and forward construction of unit sales volumes
? Collaboration with Brand Managers to understand new collection, “like” styles, new collection marketing and commercial plans, and style performance expectations
? Own the Regional demand volume forecast for relevant Brands including demand management daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly tasks
? Evaluation of product portfolio performance vs. defined criteria, and recommendation of products that should be re-classified to phase-out or closeout status
? Follows up and improves planning performance to ensure an accurate unbiased forecast on a SKU level
? Analysis of SKU behaviour/expected behaviour and grouping them in clusters related to forecast approach
? Contributes to the monthly regional S&OP process
? Is a key contributor to business plan development and leadership decisions by providing excellent understanding of sense-checked demand plans and building blocks
? Regular collaboration with relevant Sales Planners and Regional Sales Planner to understand Areas of Responsibilities, business development and future plans
? Weekly and monthly review and evaluation of several exception reports to understand where forecast and/or systems setups need improvement and take necessary action
Requirements
? Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Commerce Statistics, Supply Chain, or similar
? At least 3-5 years’ experience in planning and analysis, preferably with retail/wholesale planning experience in a MNC apparel or FMCG company
? Knowledge of demand planning process and basic knowledge of sales and logistic process (information flow and activities)
? Strong business acumen with outstanding analytical and problem solving skills.
? Well-organized, logical & mature thinking, attention to details, dedicated, energetic and being a self-starter
? Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), SAP will be considered as a plus
? Business proficiency of written and spoken English
