职位描述：
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
主要职责：

1. Conduct safety and quality audit and risk assessments as assigned.
执行指派的有关安全和质量的审核以及风险评估。

2. Develop cost effective work plans for the completion of assigned services including audit and other administrative responsibilities (reports, assessments, sampling, travel).
为完成指派的审核业务，制定有效的工作计划，包括费用节省的行程安排、报告撰写、评估、抽样等。

3. Provide pre-audit assessment for the customer as requested. After the site evaluation, give the facility reasonable suggestions or site training to help the facility achieve the compliance to related standards.
应客户要求，提供预评估服务，通过现场评估，给工厂提供合理化的建议或培训，帮助工厂达到应有的要求。
4. Monitor and report client needs to program office. If necessary, provide a timely response to customer inquiries, complaints and concerns.
监视并向部门报告客户需要，如果必须，直接为客户提供即时的就客户问询、投诉和热点问题的解决方案。
     
5. Participate in external meetings, conferences and tradeshows as requested by business unit management teams and regulatory affairs staff.
按业务部门管理小组和规章事务人员的要求，参加外部会议和产品展览会


6. Establish and maintain effective communication with Program Representatives and Project Managers.
与项目代表和项目经理建立并保持有效的沟通

7. Perform other duties as assigned by manager.
经理分配的其他任务

QUALIFICATIONS:
要求：

1. BS or higher degree in Food, Pharmaceutical, Biochemical and related science or business.
具有食品安全、药学、生物工程、及其他相关学科或业务的学士或更高的学位

2. A minimum of ten (10) year experience of audit or quality related positions in food, or pharm industry
至少10年的在食品或药品行业从事有关质量管理和审核的工作经验。

3. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English and Mandarin.
能用英语和普通话进行良好沟通的能力（书面和口头）

4. Willingness and ability to travel extensively.
愿意并能够频繁出差

5. Experience with Microsoft Office software, i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.
熟悉电脑操作，如：Word、Excel、PowerPoint、Outlook等
