职位描述：
1、品牌定位、制定推广方案；能够独立把控项目整体，把握、主导创意发展方向；
2、负责部门内部各项目的文案指导与执行监督；
3、优质完成口号创意、广告文案、新闻软文、微信软文等各类型文案；
4、能够表达创意理念，并进行流畅的创意阐述，能够进行提案演讲；
5、维护和运营项目相关的微博和微信；
6、合理安排下属的相关工作，与客户部门做好良好的沟通与协调 。

岗位要求：
1、专科以上学历，中文、语言文学、广告等相关专业优先；
2、有文案团队管理经验与培养下属的能力；
2、乙方广告行业创意工作4年以上工作经验；
3、熟练Ps、PPT制作技巧；
4、能够适应加班。
