1 Take charge of establishment and planning of the company’s quality system.
2 Take charge of assisting in solving serious complaints from important customers
3 Conduct product’s applicability test for customers and assurance of applicability.
4 Take charge of training for inspectors.
5 Organize relevant activities to reduce the rejection rate.
6 Monitor quality system, guarantee ISO9001 quality system, establish and maintain internal quality management program.
7 Establish a high demand inspector team, strive for satisfactions of customers with high quality service.
8 Support and serve customers in terms of quality problems.
9 Make quick response for customer’s quality complaints.
10 Support research & development of new project.
11 Regularly collect and analyze relevant data of quality.
12 Complete other tasks assigned by the supervisors.
Qualification:
1 Relevant specialties, bachelor or above.
2 Experience of product quality management for over eight years, experience in manufacturing industries, work experience in foreign enterprises.
3 Priority for those with relevant qualification certificates.
4 Be proficient in knowledge of company’s products and application of manufacturing technique.
5 Be proficient in professional knowledge of international quality system.
6 Possess ability of eliminating manufacturing technique problems quickly.
7 Strong ability of study, analysis, understanding, communication and coordination.
8 Earnest attitude of work, positive responsibility with strong consciousness of innovation.
