Responsibilities:
- Read BOM and drawings, communicate with German Engineer to understand the assembly process and coach the workers

- Maintain and update process document.

- Support trouble-shooting

- Communicate with purchasing dept. about incoming parts

- Other tasks assigned by plant manager

Requirements:

- Bachelor degree in mechanical or other related major.

- 2+ years related work experience, background in MNC is preferred.

- Familiar with mechanical drawings and assembly process.

- Good written and spoken English
