职位描述：
1Supplier management

-- Set up reliable network of local suppliers
-- Negotiate the best price and payment terms for local suppliers
-- Manage supplier performance within assigned category.
-- Audit commercial part of supplier and toll manufacturer

2 Category management
-- Sourcing new or alternative local RM & local RM suppliers
-- Secure supply of raw material
-- Coordinate with global/regional procurement for optimum purchase strategy , process and price

3Product management
-- Coordinating and support R&D and sales in the new solution development

Work Relations:
Internally: SCM(Supply Chain Management), R&D, Sales, Finance, Legal, Group & regional Procurement, Group R&D, HSE, Sales

Externally :Raw material suppliers, Tolling manufacturers

Required Education and Experience:
1. University graduate in Business management or engineering
2. Good IT & Microsoft software skills
3. Good process knowledge of purchasing
4. Strong negotiation and project management skill
5. Good knowledge of supplier performance management
6. Well spoken and written English
7. Five years above relevant experience in raw material
sourcing an purchasing experience targeting an international
/regional scope.
8 Must have experience with E-sourcing
