1. Responsibilities:

? Visit suppliers site and measure check quality based on drawings and contract
? Ensure timely delivery and readiness of suppliers parts
? Create supplier audit reports
? Cooperate with purchasing department to ensure product/process quality, technical and business requirements
? Coordinate with all departments towards problem solving and matters pertaining to quality
? Support structure and implement quality system
? To monitor the quality performance of each vendor and sub-contractor, and feedback to top Management for review
? Assess potential supplier in cross-functional team
? Establish the quality controlling criteria according to the relevant parts and components
? Identify needs of corrective actions' plans, start and follow up identified ones at suppliers' sites
? Training and pushing supplier continual improvement to fulfill company requirements and improve their performance
? Responsible for supplier quality report and monitor supplier developing schedule and ensure the parts have been submitted on time and conformity. Coach supplier to complete the inspection work under established quality criteria

2. Requirements:
? Bachelor/master degree in mechanical engineering

? At least 3 years related work experience. Experience with automotive paint shop systems, material flow automation, air supply units, environmental facilities and so on is preferred
? Good background on electric, welding, surface finishing and mechanical engineering
? Able to use MicroStation and CAD
? Good English in written & spoken, German language skills a plus
? Hands on personality, constructive minded, self motivated
? Good communication skills in a international environment
? Well organized and structured working style
? Willing to travel
