岗位职责：
1．负责软件实施项目的设计、开发、部署和文档编写；
2. 理解项目管理，理解软件需求，评估需求工作量；
3. 沟通项目需求、方案、设计、开发及实施细节；
4. 解决客户和团队遇到的产品、环境、技术问题；
5. 积累和分享业务知识、产品知识和技术经验；
6．确保客户满意度，维持与客户的良好关系；
7. 公司安排的其他工作。
岗位要求：
1. 计算机相关专业全日制本科以上学历，5年以上工作经验；
2. 具有PMP或其他相关项目管理证书；
2. 熟悉企业级软件系统及解决方案的设计、开发和实施，具有架构设计经验者优先；
3. 精通J2EE编程技术，了解Spring, Hibernate, Struts, MyBatis/iBatis等；
4. 了解SqlServer 、MySql、Oralce等数据库的操作、部署、开发；
5. 熟悉Windows、UNIX和/或Linux的操作，具有这些平台的脚本编程能力者优先；
6. 善于与人沟通，具有客户现场服务经验和客户沟通经验者优先；
7. 具有良好的文档编写能力；
8. 能够英文阅读，具有英语口语能力者优先；
9. 良好的职业道德、团队合作精神和敬业精神。
Responsibilities:
1. Be responsible for software project design, development, deployment and documentation;
2. Understand project management, understand software requirements, assess work effort of requirements;
3. Communication project requirements, solution, design, development and deployment in detail;
4. Resolve product, environment, technical problems for customer or team
5. Accumulate and share business knowledge, product knowledge and technical experience
6. Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain customer relationship with project successes
7. Other task assignments from company.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor or above degree in computer-related majors, 5+ years of working experience
2. With PMP or other project management certificates
2. Be familiar with Enterprise level software system and solution’s design, development and deployment, having the architecture experience as a big advantage;
3. Be sufficient in Java/J2EE technologies, including experiences in frameworks e.g. Spring, Hibernate, Struts, and/or MyBatis/iBatis;
4. Be clear of database operations, deployment, and development with SqlServer, MySql, Oralce or so;
5. Be familiar with operations on Windows, UNIX and/or Linux, having the ability to shell program over them as an advantage;
6. Be good at communication and interaction, having onsite customer service experience and customer communication experience as a big plus;
7. Have good documentation ability;
8. Be able to read in English, ability to speak in English as a big advantage;
9. Excellent professionalism, team spirit and attitude on work.
