? Keep a keen eye on the brand management and work closely with Consumer Insights to monitor the changing consumer perception on the brand, and support work on strategic brand communication for responsible products. Maintain a pulse on the changing consumer insights, media landscape, seasonal needs, competition and upcoming product opportunities.
? Assists in development of strategic input and integrated communication plans for assigned programs, as well as implementation of these plans. May lead smaller scale initiatives and/or portions of larger projects.
? Develops go-to-market campaigns to for various ticketing and revenue-driving programs to drive Attendance or Spending. This includes data and trend analysis and interpretation to help understand business opportunity and challenge, to guide complex business decisions and form viable recommendations. Partner across lines of business with RMA, Pricing and Finance to consider strategies to drive visitation and spending.
? Develops and manages communication strategies for the above promotional programs, including partnering various communications and sales teams to ensure a cohesive communication message to Guests, and working with the agency to develop creative and copy.
? Support the assessment of assigned programs, proposing program adjustments and improvements which are grounded in consumer insight, data analysis, and partner feedback.
Required Qualifications
? 3 to 5 years of direct related experience in brand management, marketing strategy, or new product strategy development, including writing agency briefs, developing marketing initiatives from consumer insight and supporting data, evaluating media plans and judging creative.
? 4 year college degree

? Strong analytical skills and ability to sort through a full spectrum of data to develop effective strategies that drive business results.
? Solid business acumen, ability to think in a holistic consumer centric leveraging key insights.
? Familiarity with standard marketing processes and demonstrate ability to translate consumer insight into marketing strategies
? Experience leading small-to-mid scale marketing programs comprising Communication Strategy, Project Management, Reporting and Analytics
? Skills in influencing and evaluating media plans and creative.
? Leader of projects and ideas. Able to exercise influence and informal leadership among cross functional teams and partners.
? Advanced communication skills, in both English and Mandarin.
?
