职位描述：

1. Responsible for Tooling commodity management of AP region, including Stamping Tooling, Foam Tooling, Injection Molding Tooling.
2. Review and approve the sourcing cases of the responsible commodities.
3. Define roadmap items and implement to achieve the annual goal for purchasing saving and supplier count rationalization for the responsible commodities.
4. Lead the regional or global commodity strategy development with action plan defined for implementation in the region for the responsible commodities.
5. Negotiate the frame contract and cost mold with key suppliers, and conduct business review and post launch audit.
6. Lead Global Tooling BCC sourcing activities through close working with China suppliers and AME team for the tooling export to NA and EU.

1. Bachelor Degree, and Master Degree will be a plus.
2. At least 10 years’ working experience in the purchasing organization of Multinational Company. 5 years’ experience of regional and global commodity manager role in Purchasing with people management experience is preferred.
3. Strong back ground of Automotive tooling purchasing for stamping/foaming/injection molding, especially the metal stamping tooling design knowledge is a must.
4. Super strong skill of communication, leadership and strategy development.
5. Good English skill in both speaking and writing.
6. Travel time is about 30%.
